"iPhone exit strategy for Sprint customers?
Those of you who have Sprint service and are looking for a way to get out of your term — this is a stretch but it might be worth investigating. Apparently Sprint is changing their billing cycle:
And according to their TOS:
Except as provided below, if a change we make to the Agreement is material and has a material adverse affect on you, you may terminate each line of Service materially affected without incurring an Early Termination Fee…
So if someone can successfully argue that changing the due date has “a material adverse affect”, well, then there you go. Take your $600 and go get in line!
