I’m thinking about disabling comments. Not that I get very many anyway, but the thinking goes like this: if you have something to say publicly, you should blog it. If it’s private, you should email me.

either way, it shouldn’t be stuck in comments.

I spent the morning at my daughter’s pre-school field day. Awesome stuff. It’s really neat to see your kid outside of your own environment and how they interact with others their age. She can be kind of a cut-up at home, but thankfully she’s a sweetheart at school and is kind to the other kids.

one hand clapping

I should rename my blog :)

sorry I haven’t had time to post much, I’ve been very busy lately… I’ve got a few things on the draft board so I’ll try to get something out soon.

I’m also working on another jt.net realign to make the whole jt.net experience that much better.

Warrantless Wiretaps

MT.Net is not happy with the Bush administration “leaving the door open” to listening in on domestic telephone conversations — without a warrant.

Add this to the news that AT&T has been “diverting Internet traffic into the hands of the NSA wholesale, in violation of federal wiretapping laws and the Fourth Amendment”, and we’ve got a very serious problem in Washington.

What would Ben do?

“A society that will trade a little liberty for a little order will deserve neither and lose both. ”

“When Government fears the people, it’s liberty. When people fear the Government, it’s tyranny.”

Scott! We need a good Libertarian post right now.
